• A rich, Old World architectural style incorporates building stone
from a quarry near Park City. We call this the Stone
Gate stone. There
are numerous ways in which this stone may be cut and fabricated
to create an individual family's own design.
• Within the Villas, all roofs are made out of natural slate. There
is
a spectrum of grays and greens that establish the color palette
of The Villas.
• Unique extra-wide entry doors are specified for The Villa homes.
• Spacious three-car garages are standard. Solid cedar tongue
and
groove sectional garage doors are trimmed with large carriage
handles and hinges creating a traditional carriage door look.
For ease of operation, all doors have automatic openers.
• Windows within the Villas are all Pella architectural grade with

you meet with our professional interior design team and select from a

of ceramic or granite countertops. Select your own interior paint
colors. Each family has different needs, and so we work with you
on planning home automation systems, entertainment centers and alarm systems.
Extensive selection of custom hardwood floors and many designer
stone and ceramic flooring materials are available. Additional gourmet

The Villa pricing begins with four uniquely designed floor plans. These
Villa homes have been designed to take advantage of the manicured landscape
and beautiful views of the Stone Gate Central Park. The floor plans
were designed by John Shirley of JSA Architects, each plan focusing on
main floor living. Basic floor plans can easily be modified to meet
your specific needs, as well as the option of creating a custom Villa
with the expertise of JSA Architects. The Villas are a wonderful
solution to create a low maintenance luxury home.
